Police in the City of Rome, NY are seeking the public's help in locating a suspect in a burglary case, which has been named this week's Mohawk Valley Crime Stoppers Wanted Person of the Week.

According to Rome Police, 30-year-old Benny Garden is wanted on one charge of Burglary in the Second Degree, a warrant issued from the Rome City Court. Police say, there is an arrest warrant issued for Garden and all of the charges stem from an incident that occurred in the month of June of 2024.

Garden has no known address but is believed to be in the Rome or Utica area.
